Tips for Making Cheesecake Brownies
- Be sure to use block cream cheese. Whipped cream cheese or cream cheese from a tub will be too soft.
- For an ultra-smooth cream cheese filling, make sure your cream cheese and egg are at room temperature. The egg will incorporate better and your cream cheese will be lump-free.
